OUR FEES

Our service fee is £150 for an Airport Transit Visa.

Our service fee is £200 for the following visa applications:

  • UK Standard Visitor Visa

  • UK Student Visa

  • UK Graduate Route Visa

  • Ghana Visitor (Tourism) Visa

  • Schengen Visa

For any other UK visa routes not listed above, we will provide a personalised quote based on the complexity of your case.

Full payment of our service fee is required before we begin work on your application.

Our service fee covers Upbout’s professional support in preparing your application, which may include:

  • Completing and submitting your application form

  • Reviewing and checking your supporting documents

  • Communicating on your behalf with UKVI or other relevant authorities (with your approval)

  • Providing agreed ongoing support throughout the visa process

All fees are invoiced and payable via bank transfer (BACS), PayPal or Mobile Money.

Our service fee does not include Visa Application Fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), or Visa Application Centre costs payable as part of your application. A full breakdown of all expected costs will be provided as part of the Client Agreement before we begin work on your case.
